Long Jump - 3rd -- Katie Philippi, Haynes, 15-04.
Triple Jump – 1st -- Katie Philippi, Haynes, 33-10.
High Jump – 3rd -- Katie Philippi, Haynes, 4-08.
Shot Put – 4th -- Alexis Arms, Haynes, 29-05.
Javelin – 2nd -- Darby Elwood, Haynes, 78--07; 3. Sarah Prados, Haynes, 65-03.
Running Events
400M Dash – 1st -- Precocia Parlow, Haynes, 1:07.97.
300M Hurdles – 4th -- Kaitlyn Schuette, Haynes, 1:00.52.
4x100M Relay – 3rd -- Haynes, 55.84 (Megan Giacone, Haley Fried, Sydney-Rae Schaubhut, Jessica Allen).

2012 NEWS
Katie Phillipi had a jump of 4-feet, 11-inches in the high jump and a leap of 33-feet, 11-1/2 inches in the triple jump on May 3 at the Louisianna High School Athletic Association Class 2A State championships at the Bernie Moore Field in Baton Rouge. Phillipi finished in fifth place in both events.
Justin Blanchard had a time of 16.2 seconds in the 110 meter hurdles and finished in sixth place.
*************************************************************************************** Katie Philippi and Justin Blanchard both qualified to compete in the Louisiana High School Athletic Association track championship which will be held Thursday May 3 at the Bernie Moore Field on the campus of LSU in Baton Rouge.
Philipi qualified with a jump of 33-feet, 5-inches in the triple jump and tied with two others with a jump of 4-feet, 10 inches in the high jump. Blanchard qualified with a 16.3 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles.
